Confronting Strange Feelings

Silver hid underneath the blanket, shaking as nerve wracking sobs overtook her small frame. What had she just done? What exactly was she thinking, having sex with Rodriguez? He was her kidnapper for heaven’s sake, maybe her employer too, but he was her kidnapper first before anything else and she had just slept with him.

She had just given him a gift precious to her in a hot, blinding moment of arousal, and although she didn’t regret the act in itself, because to be honest, it was more than great, she had never expected it to feel as good as it did, and the gentleness and compassion that flowed from Rodriguez almost convinced her that she was doing the right thing. Almost.

She did regret though that it had happened with the last person that would ever give her love, she always thought or more like hoped that she would loose it to the person that she was with, the person that was capable of filling her with love, her fairytale with the cliche happy ending,
