Chapter 101

Aston:

I rushed my father to the hospital, my heart racing with worry. The situation didn't seem to be getting better, and I was getting more and more anxious by the minute. I quickly called Nicole, hoping she would answer. Luckily, she did, and I filled her in on what was happening.

"I'm on my way," she said, her voice calm and reassuring. "Try to stay calm, Aston. Your father will be okay."

I nodded, even though she couldn't see me. My mother Samantha was already at the hospital, pacing back and forth in the waiting room. I joined her, and we waited anxiously for the doctor to come out and give us an update.

Just as we were starting to get worried, Belle arrived. She rushed over to us, concern etched on her face. "What's wrong with him? I came as soon as I heard..." she said, her eyes darting between my mother and me.
