Chapter 149 - Sorry

Moriah ran her fingers through Ethan's hair. "Baby, it's almost 7 in the morning."

Ethan grabbed her hand and planted kisses on her palm. "It's your day off today."

"Oh, I see," Moriah forgot that it was her day off today and was surprised that Ethan hadn't forgotten her schedule.

Ethan held her in his arms for a while before getting up. He bent forward to pick her up in his arms and carried her to the bathroom.

"Matthew will pick you up at 11 am," Ethan said while Moriah was scrubbing his back.

"Alright, can I bring Dillon with me?"

Ethan turned to face her. "Some other time. I want to have lunch with you alone."

Moriah didn't question him. She knew that he wanted to spend time with her alone. When a husband and wife spend quality time together, it'll make their relationship stronger.

The stronger the parents' relationship is, a child will feel more secure and assured. Just like what she saw in her parents. She felt secure and assured as she saw how her parents love each other
