Chapter 51

Stefan was shopping at a supermarket in Jakarta by himself this afternoon. While picking out a few pieces of clothing in one of the stores, he met a man who looked familiar to him.

"Ryan?" Stefan asked without hesitation.

The man was stunned for a few seconds and then said, "You're a high school friend I'm quite proud of. You're notorious for being a crazy guy for three years and living in your in-laws' house. I'll never forget you, Stefan!"

At first, Stefan wanted to smile because he was reunited with the person he had admired for several years when he was a teenager.

Ryan, despite his lack of notable achievements, has an admirable sense of self-preservation. For example, it's better not to be able to do math than to get one taunt from his friend. He really guards his pride. If blinking three times in one second could lower his dignity, he wouldn't do it for life.
