Supernova book 1

In a chaotic delivery room, a woman was screaming and sweating like she was at a rock concert.

"Push, push, push!" the doctor urged.

"I can't do it!" she wailed.

But she could, and she did. And just like that, a beautiful baby girl entered the world. The woman fainted from exhaustion, but the doctors were elated at the successful delivery.

Meanwhile, in a dark, mysterious cave, a man was chanting strange words. Suddenly, he felt a strange vibration throughout his body and looked up to see unfamiliar words written on the cave wall.

With a burst of light, the words disappeared, and he saw the light shoot up to the moon, surrounded by a shimmering dance of stars. He followed the light until he found himself in the maternity ward of Corer Hospital. The light stopped at Ward 119, and he heard the cry of a newborn baby.

Suddenly, words appeared on the door, and he understood that a part of the prophecy had been fulfilled. He entered the room and saw the new parents gazing lovingly at their baby girl. They were startled when they saw the seer approach their child, but he placed a bracelet on her and declared her a supernova.

"But the supernova died a thousand years ago!" the father exclaimed.

"Yes, but your child is different," the seer explained. "There were other supernovas, but they all died. The title has not been given until now. Your baby is the next supernova, and a prophecy is attached to her. Only the gods can protect her."

The parents were understandably shaken, but they knew they would do anything to protect their baby girl.

"We'll leave the city for her safety," the mother declared.

The father nodded, "Whatever it takes to protect her."

"And let's name her Alyssa," the mother added.

"Alyssa," the father repeated, "Welcome to the world, little one."
