The wedding

Sebastian took Ramona outside the room, and her eyes never stopped widening at his last statement.

Did he just call her wife or was it a slip of the tongue.

"The wedding is tomorrow, Belle will do the necessary preparation"

"I will buy you a wedding gown," Belle said, and Ramona declined almost immediately with her hands waving in the air negatively.

"No, don't. I will just rent the wedding gown. It's just a one day wedding, he's still hustling and same with me, and I don't want to burden you so we don't need to buy a wedding dress " Ramona said, and Belle smiled.

"Thank you for understanding, I was even thinking of where I will lend money for the wedding gown" Belle stated, and Ramona smiled.

"You don't need to,"

"When do you intend to rent the gown?" Sebastian asked, as he stared at Ramona with amusement.

He still finds it hard to believe that Ramona will do surrogacy for him without nothing in return. She's fine with his ugliness unlike other women that avoid him as soon as they see his face.

Everyone tags him as an illegitimate child of the Sinclair family, and with no one ready to associate with him.

"I will do some menial jobs to earn money in order to buy the wedding gown" 

"Are you sure you don't need anything from me?" Sebastian asked, again to be sure.

"No, I don't need anything," Ramona smiled. She took her suitcase, and Belle took it from her.

"Let me help you with that" Belle offered, and Ramona declined, nodding her head negatively as she took the suitcase from Belle back.

"Your breakfast is ready, and I would like to take my leave, to go and hustle for a job" Ramona stated.

"But you work in my restaurant,"

"It will be awkward," Ramona said, and went to drop her suitcase back inside the room she slept in last night.

Ramona came back, and Belle went inside her room, and brought out a free gown from her wardrobe as she rushed outside back.

"Wear this, your gown is tattered already"

Ramona saw the gown, and declined immediately.

"It looks expensive, so I'm sorry I can't wear it," Ramona stated, and Belle chuckled.

"It's not, don't look at me as a rich lady, I'm still struggling and this gown just worth 50 dollars," Belle said, and Ramona smiled.

She took the gown from Belle and went back inside. She changed into the gown Belle gave her and came outside to see only Belle.

"Where's your friend?"

"He has gone out, his boss called for him " Belle uttered, and she nodded.

Minutes later, Ramona left the house after clearing the dirty plates, and making sure Belle ate to her satisfaction.

She left in search of a job, and found a vacant post in a cafe. Ramona went inside the cafe, and applied for the post of a waitress. 

And luckily, she got the job. She was the only waitress in the cafe, and it looks like the cafe is pretty new.

Ramona begin her job, and later in the evening she was done with her shift. She got paid 70 dollars and left the cafe shop immediately, and to a store where they do rent out wedding dresses.

She got there, and was welcomed warmly by the workers there. Ramona searched for a cheaper gown, and shoes then found one at 70 dollars.

Ramona went back to the receptionist carrying the gown, and shoe.

"I will take this," Ramona stated. The receptionist looked at her then chuckled slightly.

"She looked classic not knowing she's a commoner,"

Ramona heard the receptionist's statement and pretended as if she never heard her.

The receptionist packed the gown, and shoe inside a bag then gave Ramona the bag who gladly took it from her.

She left the store, and looked up to the sky smiling. "I'm getting married tomorrow, lord please don't let any ill luck follow me enter this marriage, allow me to get pregnant so I can give him a child that he wants " Ramona prayed silently.

~ NEXT DAY, SARA WEDDING HALL.

Ramona stood at the altar as Belle smiled at her. There are barely any guests in the wedding hall, and Ramona could hear countless murmurs coming from the people that attended the wedding.

She found out from their mouths that Sebastian Sinclair is the son of the wealthy Sinclair family in New York City, the illegitimate ugly son.

Ramona was still in her thoughts when Sebastian appeared as he walked the aisle and stopped walking when he got to Ramona's side. He stood by her side.

"You made it,"

"I have to keep to my part of the deal" Ramona stated, and glanced at him.

"Interesting,"

"You are the Sinclair illegitimate son then Belle should be your sister. I heard it from the people, someone murmured it out but don't worry, I'm not angry, there must be a reason for everything, you two are an outcast so I understand those feelings" Ramona said, and their eyes locked.

The priest began to talk, as Ramona and Sebastian faced each other.

"Ramona Lang, do you take Sebastian Sinclair as your lovely wedded husband?"

"Yes, I do," Ramona responded.

"Sebastian Sinclair, do you take Ramona Lang as your lovely wedded wife?"

"Yes I do" He responded, as he stared at her.

"You may kiss your bride"

Sebastian leaned his face forward and kissed Ramona deeply and short.

After the wedding, Ramona and Sebastian retired to a penthouse.

"Your house?"

"No, it belongs to my boss. He gave it to me as a wedding gift", Sebastian replied, and Ramona smiled.

"You have a very good boss," 

Sebastian smiled, and Ramona went upstairs with her suitcase. As soon as she left, a man came inside the house, and bowed slightly.

"Boss,"

"Send the CCTV of the wedding hall to me" Sebastian ordered, and Elon nodded.

Ramona stood upstairs , and saw the unfamiliar side of him and fear gripped her soul. His voice sounded commanding, sharp and terrifying.

Sebastian turned back to see Ramona then started walking towards her. He stroked her shoulder then smiled.

"Wh......"

"My junior, he's not doing his job properly" He said, as if he knew what she intended to ask him.

"Then nag at him gently, it's scary"

Sebastian smiled in amusem

ent and walked away. Elon came upstairs, walking past Ramona but not without giving her a glance.

"Who's he??" Ramona wondered.
