He smiled inwardly at his observation. Deep down, Anita was jealous because she knew that Nolan never liked her.

He removed her hands from his chest. It was irritating to his person. She was angry at that action.

" You have no reason to be furious, Anita, I will still divorce you." I promised her, watching in satisfaction as she got more angrier.

She looked as if she wanted to kill me but she couldn't. The law didn't give her the right to do so. Especially to the Baron.

"I know your plans, and I assure you that they won't work." I told her. If it were possible for her face to get redder than it already was, it would.

She wasn't able to regain composure. That made him smile.

" So you want to run away with Nancy?" She asked unable to stop herself.

"What do you think?" He asked.

"I know that you wouldn't want to dare me." She said.

"What more can you do?" He mocked. She could no longer intimidate him. That era had passed.

He knew that she'd set Nancy up or try to kill her.
