8 - Tranformation

Antonia entered the operation hall with Alex holding her hand . 

" You are still in time to change your mind . " said Alex . 

" For me time has long passed . Now , my only option is to do this operation at any cost . " said Antonia with a determined expression . 

" Alright ! " said Alex and took Antonia inside the operation room . 

Antonia layed on the bed and looked at the ceiling with a determined expression as the nurses and attendants that would help Alex prepared the tools . One of the nurses took her arm and placed took the injection she would do Antonia in her hands . 

" Antonia , this will put you to sleep . You will feel nothing . " said Alex with an insecure expression . 

" Thank you Alex ! " said Antonia with a smile . 

When Alex saw Antonia smiling happily , all the doubts that he had about her turning from a female to a male perished . He cared about Antonia and only wished her happiness . Alex understood that happiness for Antonia meant that she had to get out of the female body that was blocking her from freely and truly enjoying life . 

' I will make everyone who looked down on me bow their heads when I walk.......Mom , I will also be able to see you soon . ' thought Antonia .

" Are you ready ? " asked Alex . 

" More than ever ! " said Antonia with a smile .

" Let's begin ! " said Alex in a commanding tone making the nurses and assistants take their positions .

After hearing Alex's last words , Antonia closed her eyes and fell into a deep sleep . A sleep that would result in the change of her life completely .

SIX YEARS LATER.............

" You don't need to use that throat spray anymore . Today is the last day . " said Alex with a smirk .

" Are you sure ? " asked a male voice .

" Positively sure ! You won't need nor vitamins nor medications anymore . Now you are brand new in every way . " said Alex with a smirk .

" I never thought that I would ever be able to transform myself like this . It's so perfect to the point that it's scary .  " said the male voice laughing .

" I am honestly surprised too . I never expected such great results in the first place . " Alex then took out of his bag some documents and handed them over to him . 

" What are these ? " asked the male voice again .

" Your new life Antonia...........or should I call you , Antonio . " said Alex with a smirk looking at Antonia who was now a young handsome muscular man .

" Antonio........perfect name . " said Antonia .

" You told me that you wanted a name similiar to yours since your mother was the one who named you . I couldn't help but think of the name Antonio as the most suitable one . " said Alex with a smirk .

Alex couldn't help but laugh when seeing how happy Antonia was when looking at her now male body . She had wide shoulders , muscled arms , , strong abs and chest , Everything was as she desired . Antonia was so happy and proud of her changes that she couldn't help but stare and touch her abs as she looked at them in the mirror .

" All the medication , vitamins and workout that you had to go through finally paid off . Honestly , as a girl you were cute but as a boy , you are both cute , cool, and gorgeous . Being a boy sure suits you better than being a girl . Somehow , it reflects your character perfectly . " said Alex with a proud smile of his hard work of art .

" From this moment on , you are no longer the girl named Antonia but the boy named Antonio . You are no longer a ' she ' but a  ' he ' .......He he he ! From my best friend you officially turned into my best dude . " said Alex giggling .

" Yes , finally I am free........ " said Antonio closing his eyes and smiling as his times as a girl suffering in the cruel fate of power were now over .

From now on , he was the boy named Antonio .

' I , Antonio Landar , will make the whole Landar beg at my feet . I will dissolve take my revenge on those who hurt me and will dissolve the unreasonable rules set by tradition . ' thought Antonio with a serious expression as he looked at himself in the mirror .

" You have become a true man from head to toe but there's still something missing which I wasn't able to make your body produce my dear friend . " said Alex .

" What is that ? " asked Antonio .

" Sperm ! I am sorry dude but even though I am a talented genius , I am not God and I can't make miracles . You will not be able to have any other child apart from Angelo in the future . " said Alex .

" Oh.....Sperm ?.......I thought it was something important but it's actually nothing . Angelo is the only child I want . He is the only child I will ever have , either female or male , he is my only child . " said Antonio laughing . 

" Well , you will have to change his birth certificate then . After all, he was registered with Antonia as his mother and not Antonio . What are you gonna do about that ? " said Alex as he looked at the file . 

" I will not change anything . Angelo is my child but I will not change the mother's name nor add any dad's name . I already came up with a different solution . " said Antonio giving him a file .

" This......? " said Alex with a shocked expression .

" When I'll go the Landar family , I will present myself as the long-lost twin brother of Antonia . As for Angelo , he will be considered my son in their eyes . I will fabricate a document stating that Angelo is my son . As easy as that . " said Antonio with a smile .

" You are quite terrifying sometimes , Antonio . " said Alex with a  smirk as he read the information Antonio had prepared .

" Mommy !......Uh , uncle Alex ? " said Angelo entering the room .

" Little buddy ! Come hug your uncle ! " said Alex with a smile and hugged Angelo tightly .

" I missed you uncle . " said Angelo with a sweet tone .

" I missed you too , my little buddy . " said Alex , taking Angel in his arms .

" Angelo , how many times have I told you that you can't keep calling me mother . " said Antonio . 

" I know but I want to call you mommy . I don't have a dad now , I don't want to remain without a mom too . " said Angelo with a sad expression .

" Angelo , you know your mom's current situation , right ? " said Alex .

" Yes , I do and I understand it completely but I still wanna call him mommy . " said Angelo .

" Angelo , didn't uncle Alex tell you that you were born with a very high IQ ? Even adults can't compete with you . Why are you being such a kid about this ? " said Antonio .

" I am not a kid . I am only six years old . I will attend school in two months even though I am sure it will be super boring for me since it's too easy.........When I was born mommy was a girl but now mommy has become a boy . In short , my silly mommy , you were a girl when I was born and that's why I have to call you mommy .  " said Angelo .

" Haaaah ! He is only six years old and I already can't reason with him . " said Antonio .

" Ha ha ha ha ! You have to work hard Antonio . " said Alex laughing .

" I am going to get my bag . We have to hurry and pick up aunt Valeria . " said Angelo and hurried to his room to take his bag .

When he left Antonio sighed in a troubled way .

" Well , well.........I don't know who his father is but he must have been quite the guy . " said Alex with a smirk .

" What do you mention that bastard ? " said Antonio .

" No matter how much you refuse to believe it , apart from his hair color and eyes , he doesn't resemble you that much . He is really handsome and much , much , much smarter than you are . He must have been quite awesome . " said Alex then Antonio glared at him .

" I am just stating the biological facts , not praising him . That's my job so you shouldn't get angry . " said Alex with a nervous smile when seeing that he had stepped on one of Antonio's bottom lines .

Antonio stared at the door then the image of the night he passed with Angelo's father came to mind . He hated him to the core but he also couldn't deny that he was extremely good-looking .

' ........If he was that awesome , he wouldn't have done such a horrible thing to me . ' thought Antonio with a hurt expression and looked at a photo that was on the wall of his son .

One of the most worrisome thoughts that came to her mind as she saw him grow was , if she would be able to love him even though he resembled the bastard .
