Chapter 13: You did well

The ride back home was quiet and only the soft sounds of music could be heard. While Arya did keep her promise of going back home before dinner, it was still dark by the time she arrived.

She noticed the odd looks some of the servants gave her as she walked in. She didn't bother to greet or acknowledge them since she knew the reason why they were behaving like that.

“Where’s Ryker?” Arya asked. She could make a good guess on where he is but she just wanted to make sure.

“He is in his bedroom,” Kayla answered her question, slightly shocking Arya with the way she appeared out of seemingly nowhere.
