DURING LUNCH XI

Collective sighs of relief escaped the mouths of everyone in the room again as Julius made the declaration.

For one Sheila had a smile on her face, and a fire in her belly. The anticipation of seeing her mate again was threatening to make her wolf go crazy. The latter was all giddy and up from the information.

Sheila herself felt her entire system brimming with expectation, brimming with anticipation of what would happen at their meeting, and what would happen when they are alone in the room.

She shivered, thinking of the last time they had spent together. As her eyes moved, they found her daughters staring at her. Both had the same expression-sure of how to feel, and happiness-because she was happy. Nathan would love them.

She only hoped that he wouldn’t push her away because she had hidden these treasures of hers away from him. She hoped that he will forgive her.

Goddess please. She pleaded, sending another prayer in the air, not knowing how much of that was answered.
