The king could only stare at his mate, she looked so innocent and so cute, he wanted to cuddle her, to stay a bit longer with his mate but because she had cried the whole day and had been stressed out by everything he thought of leaving her by herself. He knew she had to process everything, so she needed some time alone.

“You're very lovely, my lovely,” he said, smiling. He stepped closer to his mate and took her face in his hand. “I need you to rest okay,” he kissed her forehead.
