Chapter Eleven

Tyler's Pov

It's been two hours already and the presentation was still ongoing, we needed more sponsors to finance the company and my father counted on me to make it happen, I was a bit worried about Nelson but the thought of Ivory made me relax, the investors were obviously impressed with the presentation and I was relieved.

A security guard suddenly came into the conference room and signalled for Alex to attend to him, the investors were engrossed in the presentation and fortunately for me; didn't notice this, I was irritated by such insolent attitude as I hated being interrupted, Alex reluctantly stood up and attended to him.

I smiled to cover up for his brief absence, they seemed to speak in hushed tones, I could have tuned my hearing to their words but it would distract my attention from what I was doing which would be disastrous, I became uncomfortable with their little talk and paused for a moment, during this period of time I had activated the mind link so I wou
