“How many times do I have to say this? We didn’t push her, Sir.”

Sweet mother mercy! Talking to Mr. Lex Huntington, the vice-principal was damn tiring. The dude might be a vice principal, but that did not necessarily mean that he was not a complete idiot when it came to teenagers scheming against each other.

How could he believe Rosie Park for goodness’ sake?

“Then what do you suggest, Miss Summers? Miss Lawson intentionally fell and broke her nose?” Vice Principal Huntington raised his voice. There was an incredulous tone on it as if I had just suggested the most outrageous thing. I almost gave up explaining what had happened to him since he did not seem to get that gravity existed and that sometimes people do fall to the ground unwillingly.

“No, but—”

He didn’t even allow me to explain further, raising one hand to interrupt.

“Until Miss Lawson, herself confirms your ridiculous theory, I will have to believe Miss Park's testimony.” It was
