Autumn POV
A bucket of twenty-seven roses had come this morning. Twenty-seven roses for twenty-seven months we’d been together. He could be romantic, I gave him that, especially when he had messed up. Just like that time when he had cheated on me with Cassandra, that time that had changed us both for good. He had been romantic as well, sending me a box of chocolate and a handwritten letter. I had been a fool then, keeping the chocolate box and his letter in the safety box my dad had gifted me one Christmas.
I was no fool now. I tossed the roses into the trash bin without a second thought. Shame, because I did love roses, just not the ones given out of guilt
Paris by The Chainsmokers Autumn POV “How many times do I have to say this? We didn’t push her, Sir.” Sweet mother mercy! Talking to Mr. Lex Huntington, the vice-principal was damn tiring. The dude might be a vice principal, but that did not necessarily mean that he was not a complete idiot when it came to teenagers scheming against each other. How could he believe Rosie Park for goodness’ sake? “Then what do you suggest, Miss Summers? Miss Lawson intentionally fell and broke her nose?” Vice Principal Huntington raised his voice. There was an incredulous tone on it as if I had just suggested the most outrageous thing. I almost gave up explaining what had happened to him since he did not seem to get that gravity existed and that sometimes people do fall to the ground unwillingly. “No, but—” He didn’t even allow me to explain further, raising one hand to interrupt. “Until Miss Lawson, herself confirms your ridiculous theory, I will have to believe Miss Park's testimony.” It was
Thinking About YoubyRadiohead Autumn POV Staring at the wooden door in front of me, with a Math book in my hand, I still had no idea why the hell Principal Bernucci wanted to see me. I let out a sigh, knocked on the door, and braced myself as I turned the handle. I caught the sight of Principal Bernucci looking out at the window, probably watching the football team practice since his office faced the field. “Principal Bernucci?” I greeted as I stood by the open door. He turned around and gave me a smile when he saw me. He waved at the two empty chairs in front of him an
Look What You Made Me Do by Taylor Swift Tyler POV She’d met him. She had met that bastard. One that I had longed to put my hands around his throat, the very one I had wanted to destroy. I gripped the edge of my table so hard that my body was literally shaking; if anything it was because of the anger and resentment. Calm the fuck down, Tyler! You’ll get your revenge soon! He’ll beg for your mercy. You’ll make him regret ever abandoning you and mom. You will make him pay. I closed my eyes and took a deep, calming breath. When I opened them back, they were burned with a desire for payback. I had been waiting my entire life for this.
Autumn POVIt was during English class, and Mey took the seat next to me at the back of the room. Jess had driven all of us to school that morning, and we had had a great laugh on the way despite the threat letter that had kept us awake the night before.“Okay, class, I am going to distribute your tests results. Anyone who didn’t pass, kindly meet me after school to schedule your retest.” Joe held a stack of papers on his arm and started walking around, handing out our results. He stopped by my table a few minutes later and put the paper on it. “Nice work, Miss Summers. It would have been an A-plus if not because of some minor mistakes on number three.”I gave him a small smile, which I hop
Tyler POV I looked at the photograph of a young fifteen-year-old girl with short brown hair and dark hazel eyes that matched mine. Shanelle was her name. To think that this innocent girl was the daughter of that bastard was almost unbelievable. She looked so innocent and angelic, and I almost felt bad for doing this. But revenge was revenge, and it did not matter how hard it was, I still had to do it. Letting out a deep sigh, I patted Lucas’s shoulder. “I owe you this one, man.” My friend laughed, shaking his head. “Don’t sweat it, dude. She’s pretty. It’s my pleasure.” Autumn POV I felt like crap as I lay on my bed, staring at the four walls. Though I hated to admit it, I felt bad for threatening Ellie. I wished I had not had to do it, but she had left me no choice. I did not regret fighting for a friend, but I regretted not walking faster. If I had walked fast enough, I probably wouldn’t have heard her cry.
Before He CheatsbyCarrie Underwood Autumn POV “Autumn! Autumn! Stop!” His voice caressed my name just like before, but now it felt like a stab in the back of my ears. When I was sure I could act tough, I turned around to face him. He was panting. He bent his body, putting one hand on his knee. “Why did you not tell me that you were coming?” “Why?” I shot him daggers. “So you could warn that slut and tell her to wait?” Joe straightened up and shot me a disapproving look. “She is not a slut.” “Oh, and are you her lawyer now?” I rolled my eyes. “That is not the impression I had when I saw her giving you a blowjob.” It was quite impressive how fast he had managed to put on his clothes and chased after me. “Look, Autumn,” Joe heavily sighed, then straightened up. “I know you’re angry, but I don’t know what else to tell you.” “Start
Autumn POV I did not know how I’d gotten there, sitting in the bleachers and watching football. A game that I didn’t quite get a grasp of it. But I was accepting anything that would take my mind off things: things that would remind me of my own problem. I’d told the girls about what happened between Joe and me. None of them liked my relationship with him, but they had different reactions to my news. Jess had been super pissed. She hated that I’d gotten hurt. Mey had said nothing, but she’d given me a hug. Norma, on the other hand, had simply said that she was glad this whole thing was over. “That new guy is so hot!” said Jess while nudging both Norma and me, who were sitting on her left and right. Norma narrowed her eyes and placed one hand on her brows to shade her from the torching sun above. “Which one?” “The one beside Castor. That new guy you kept talking about last week: the Zion guy!” Jess turned to me. “Isn’t he hot, b
Just like a moth drawn to a flame Oh, you lured me in I couldn't sense the pain Your bitter heart cold to the touch Now I'm gonna reap what I sow I'm left seeing red on my own You watch me bleed until I can't breathe I'm shaking, falling onto my knees And now that I'm without your kisses I'll be needing stitches Tripping over myself
