Chapter Sixty-Two

Autumn had gone to the bathroom and I was left with the five boys. In all honesty, these boys were just a bunch of stuck-up rich kids who could only talk big but do nothing. The kind who had been spoilt since birth by their parents, no doubt they had never lived a day worrying if they got kicked out by the landlord or not having enough money to get a meal on the table by dinnertime. I knew it was a bit too much and too bitter for me to even think this way yet I had no choice, having to know them in mere minutes. 

I particularly did not like their leader, the guy they referred to as 'Cas'. He was cockier than the rest of them and walked as if he owned the goddamn place.

"He does own the building," said one of them, and only then I realized that I had accidentally said my thought out loud. "Among other buildings here in D.C. do you realize who he truly is or are you just dumb?" 

"Drop it, Owl," was the only thing Cas sai
