Only At Pretty Sights

Diam woke up to the clattering of plates from the kitchen wing. He sighed groggily, muttering profanities at the damned chef who chose to be so noisy. Sitting up, he took a quick glance around, almost surprised at what he was doing on a couch. Then it dawned on him. The happenings of last night. Baby. He puffed, slouching into the sofa. The noises grew, raking through his ears.

Upset, he stood and headed to the direction of the noises. Blasting her was not a good way to start the morning. But neither were the noises. It's a Saturday, for Pete's sake!

Her back came to view, and whatever profanities he'd arranged in his head eluded him.

Slow steps brought him to the doorway, and there he stood, lost and stunned.

It was not the first time he'd been allured by her beauty. But each time always feels like a first. Today was no exception.

Her backless black gown, studded with diamonds was the most seductive dress he'd ever laid his eyes on. Skimpy, lingering just few inches below her waist.
