" I shall like to establish a Greek themed holiday chalet in New York and I'd love to have your company be in charge of the project." Mr Xavier said.

Jaxon had his business face on.

" So, how much are we talking about here? You know if you want a standard work, it's going to cost you a little fortune which I know you have to spare." He said.

" My concern is if it'll thrive there, not the fortune to throw into it, Mr Hearst." Xavier lit his cigar and puffed. " If I'm throwing in a fortune, I expect to get a fortune too. I have other companies bidding for this but I want you because of your reputation in the business world. I'll not be there to manage it, I'll be leaving it in your care also." The older man spoke.
