THE BLOODY HUNT

"Sign it, Shreya," he said calmly as he sat in his office chair.

This made my blood boil; how dare he.

"No, Mr. Singhania, I will not sign these papers."

"You have to baby"

"I am not your baby, and I am not in your dreams." I screamed angrily and ripped the papers into small pieces.

I was leaving his office because I couldn't stand there for even a second longer. But, in the blink of an eye, he came forward, gripped my arms tightly, and spun me around, forcing me to face him. He was staring me down, and I was fighting him equally because I didn't want to show any signs of fear.

"where do you think you're going?" In a fit of rage, he inquired.

"That's none of your business," I retorted.

"Don't show me that attitude, or you'll regret it." He said this while tightening his grip even more. His fingers will undoubtedly leave bruises on my skin.

I wiggled, "Just leave me alone and let me go."

"I'll leave you if you do as I say," he says as he approaches me.

"Just leave me, it is hurting"

"It will hurt even more if you don't do what I tell you." He was threatening me, he said.

We were only a few inches apart, and my heartbeats were racing like a marathon.

Okay! This is the end of my forbearance.

"What do you think of yourself, huh?  You are wealthy and powerful, but that does not give you the right to do whatever you want. I am a human being and you can not force me like this. I will not sign these papers, at least not in this life. You can have anyone you want, then go find someone who is similar to you. I'm not your type of person. For me marriage is not a game it is something very pure, it is a matter of whole life dammit". I said it all in one breath. My body was burning, and my eyes were filled with rage.

"Now just leave me alone." I struggled to say it.

"Hah,  I always get what I want, and I want you right now. You should consider yourself fortunate that I chose you "I was just restraining myself from slapping him when he started laughing.

Lucky my foot, huh.

Coming even closer to my face, he said, "you are just mine, and you are going to be my queen very soon, just imbibe these words in your head, and I will do anything to make this happen."

"You will come begging to me and will sign these papers willingly," he said, losing his grip.

"I simply despise you and will never do it," I yelled.

"You just have to wait and see, butterfly."

He stated calmly as he sat back in his office chair.

The tone he was using threatened me to the core.
