Beth had convinced Kiara they go for drinks in the evening before she left to go home,

Kiara had been hesitant but because she knew her too well, she managed to convince her otherwise.

Around 7pm, they found themselves in one of their favorite bar drinking, Beth was careful not to let herself get too drank as her plan wouldn't work.

Since Sam had been unreachable the whole day, she had decided to do something and this was just it.
