They are the beauty queens of the group and they spent twenty minutes painting my face with silver eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, and haute pink ultra-shine lip gloss. Luna Phoebe and Grandma Melody, the former Luna, joined us in Heron’s room at the pack house with my dress. “We hope you like it,” Grandma Melody chimed, optimistically. I donned the silver sweetheart neckline, full lace beach backless mermaid gown with a 3" 4” heel silver satin lace ribbon open-toe shoes. On my tight curls waterfall hairstyle, I wore a headwear diadem of white gold lined with 1, 222 diamonds, including the 102-carat pale blue brilliant diamond at the center which also includes pearls, and its design features roses, thistles, and orchids in honor of the fairy realm. Chippy brought it as a gift from Aunt Katinka. Preya squealed and clapped. “You look amazing!” When I stood in front of the mirror, I barely recognized myself. The girls gasped, “Wow.”
