CHAPTER 130 - ACCEPTANCE

-HERON’S POV*

An uproar of celebration came from the pack. The tidal surge of happiness and gaiety tsunamis through the state. Everyone now understands that Mikayla was framed and innocently sent to her death. Tapping into the pack’s connection, I felt each Elders' remorse. With a mild injection of sorrow, many wished that their true Luna did not die and was present at this crucial moment of truth.

Sage, who I’m still pissed at, hands me some wipes to clean my bloody hand. I glared at him while pulling the sheets of wipes out and sanitizing my hand.

“Alpha, I said that I was sorry.” He penitently bowed his head.

Solemnly, I turned my head away from him, paying attention to my fingernails and getting the blood out.

“Can you bake, Sage?” I scowled. The sizzling anger rebounds.

“N-no,” he stuttered. As a result of being under the heat of his alpha, he tugs at the collar of his shirt, which seemingly tightened. Then he nervously suggested, “Maybe Forbes could bake them.”

well that allusion that was created in Mikayla's execution was done so well I was still trying to believe she was gone and I was so disappointed for Mikayla ...so yeah you for me! lol well done
