*HERON’S POV*

“Ahhh!”

Sitting in my wheelchair, I looked at the frightened girl before me. Though she had panicked and stood there with her small hands covering her eyes, all I did was roll my eyes at the nuisance that she constantly was. Silly me for thinking that I had a right to be naked in my own room.

Motionless with a see no evil stance, her chest heaves rapidly. Must she act so fucking innocent all the time? Alphas were goddess-blessed to have bigger packages. Is that why she was scared?

”Don’t you see that you are blocking the doorway?” I snapped without wrapping a towel around me for the fun of it.

Slowly she removes her hand, peeking through the crevices of her finger. Her eyes bulged as they dropped onto my lap. Flushed with fright, she trembles and runs out the bedroom door.
