“You did what?” Gabriel snapped at his father, his voice rising sharply in the quiet room. “Why would you sign such a document without telling us first?”

John remained calm, almost too calm. “Trust me, I know what I am doing.”

“Father,” Landon cut in before Gabriel could speak again. “Gabriel is right. Giving Mother half of what belongs to you is insane. If you ask me, I will tell you this—” he paused, shaking his head in disbelief— “she doesn’t deserve a single penny from this family. Not after everything she caused us.”

Wyatt sat comfortably in his chair, legs crossed, hands folded in his lap. He didn’t say a word. He simply listened. His silence stood out, almost suspiciously.

John noticed it.

He knew how greedy Wyatt had always been. He expected Wyatt to be the first person to object, the first to shout, the first to fight him for giving Anna anything. Instead, Wyatt was relaxed—far too relaxed for someone who always cared about money more than anything else.

  • THE EXTRAORDINARY BRIDE OF THE WYNDHAM FAMILY    0204

Gabriel's jaw clenched tight. Sweat beaded on his forehead. He wanted to reach out, to tangle his fingers in her hair, to pull her close and kiss her deeply. But the ties held him fast, turning his desire into sweet torture. Every bob of her head sent waves of pleasure crashing over him. His breaths came in ragged gasps. He watched her, mesmerized by the sight of her lips stretched around him, her eyes locked on his with fierce intensity. This was more than physical. It was trust, surrender, and passion all woven together. Gabriel felt exposed, vulnerable, yet utterly cherished. Isla's control made him feel safe to let go. His heart pounded with affection for her boldness. Isla sensed his building tension. She quickened her pace slightly, her tongue swirling around the sensitive tip each time she pulled back. The salty taste of his precum filled her mouth, driving her wild. Her free hand cupped his balls gently, massaging them to heighten his sensations. She hummed softly, the vibr

Isla took a deep breath and began to explain everything she knew about Carl. She didn't hold back any details. John listened closely, his face pale against the white sheets, tubes snaking from his arms to machines that beeped softly. When Isla stopped, he turned his sharp gaze to Gabriel, who stood rigid by the window. “How come you never mentioned it?” John scolded, his voice was so weak. “People don't just look alike like that. He might be related to you, you know?” His words stirred a storm inside Gabriel. Across the room, Gladys sat straight on the bed, her frail body tense with sudden energy. Hope glittered in her eyes like stars. She had lost so much. She hoped that this Carl would be one of her triplets, She prayed silently, her lips moving without sound, that this Carl was one of her lost sons. The possibility made her heart pound, a rush of love and fear flooding her veins. What if it was true? What if she could hold him after all these years? “Please, where can we fi

Gabriel stood in the hospital room and explained everything he had learned from Miss Adams. He did not hide a single detail. He told his parents about the camera inside Desmond’s wristwatch, about Uriel, about Adrian, and about the shocking truth that Uriel was his twin brother. Gladys was awake now, sitting up slightly on her hospital bed. Her face looked pale, but her eyes were wide with shock as she listened. “It can’t be,” she muttered weakly. “How is that even possible?” She shook her head slowly, trying to understand what she was hearing. “They told me only one son survived,” she continued, her voice trembling. “They told me Gabriel was the only one who lived.” John, who had been quiet all this time, suddenly looked straight at her. “Gladys,” he said slowly, “do you remember how many children you gave birth to that day?” Gladys frowned deeply, as if searching through painful memories. “Yes,” she replied. “I remember clearly. I gave birth to three babies.” She swallowed

Stone took the locket from Miss Adams the moment she handed it over. His face stayed calm, but his movements were fast and careful, like a man who already expected anything. “If my son’s wristwatch had a camera inside,” she said softly, “then this locket must have something too. The same man gave us both on the same day. I thought they were gifts… but now I know they were never gifts.” Stone gave a short nod and walked out of the room immediately. He needed privacy to examine it. Now, only Gabriel and Miss Adams were left in the quiet room. The silence felt heavy. She took a deep breath, then spoke again. “I used to be a local actress,” she said. “I also worked as a stunt double.” Gabriel’s eyes widened slightly. Now he understood why she had looked familiar from the beginning. He had searched his memory many times, trying to place her face. “So that’s where I’ve seen you,” he thought. “A man came into my life,” she continued. “And he stole my breath away. I fell deeply in

Miss Adams lay quietly on the hospital bed, staring at the beautiful patterns carved into the ceiling of the VIP room. The designs were elegant and expensive, but she did not see beauty in them. Her chest rose and fell too fast, her breath uneven, as her thoughts stayed on one thing only. Her son. Desmond. Was he safe? Was he scared? Did he think she had abandoned him? All these things occupied her mind. The door to the room opened softly, and her heart jumped. She turned her head immediately, her eyes locking on the entrance. Two men walked in. She recognized one of them at once. Gabriel Wyndham, her boss’s husband. The man who looked so much like her son that it had always scared her. The other man beside him was tall, firm, and carried a dangerous calm around him. His eyes were sharp, cold, and observant. She did not know him, but everything about him screamed authority. Fear rushed through her body. Her hands began to shake as they stepped closer. Isla was not with them.
