Rebecca settled down on the chair. She kept Maya in her lap as Maya couldn’t reach the cutlery on her own and she is just a baby. 

“Maya! Don’t touch! You are getting your hands dirty,” Rebecca chided.

“Aunty, don’t fall for her. She used to do the same with Aunt Alicia too,” Rebecca said as she glared at Maya. That only made her cry more. 

“Reb, you are scaring the poor soul,” Samantha said. 

“Sammy, she is acting for the sake of that damned chicken drumstick. She wants that. So she is putting up all this drama and acting all shrewd like her stupid father!” Rebecca said.
