Elvanya's PovI spent the next few days recovering from the attack and barely leaving my chambers. Every time I closed my eyes I saw those arrows flying through the carriage window. I kept thinking about how close we had come to dying.Kael stayed with me as much as he could. He cancelled meetings and postponed council sessions just to sit with me. It helped but I still felt scared all the time. Kael's PovI decided to accompany Elvanya to the new school opening in the Human Quarter even though she insisted she would be fine without me.
