Seth's POV

Scarlet has a game tonight and I'm certain she's going to ask me to accompany her to the game. I can't do that because I don't want my father to know that I've found Darcy.

I wondered what she went into her room to do, I couldn't shake off the smile on her face as she stared into my eyes.

“I'd like you to accompany me to the game.” I know Scarlet more than she knows herself. I knew she would want me by her side through the game but I can't risk this.

“Just as I expected.” I replied softly.

“If you expected it, does this mean that you're going to agree to it?” Scarlet asked, she rested her arms on her.

“No I won't, I can't do that. You and I know that my father might be there or his eyes would be around town.”
