The dock smelled like salt water and rotting fish. Leo stood behind a stack of shipping containers with Kai right beside him. Night air was cold. Leo had changed into black tactical gear. Tight shirt, cargo pants, boots that actually fit. He carried a gun in his hand and another on his hip. For the first time he felt like he belonged in this world instead of just partying on the edge of it.

Kai checked his watch. “Team is in position. We move in three minutes.”

Leo nodded. His heart was pounding but not from fear. From excitement. He glanced at Kai. The man looked focused. Professional. But Leo could still see the faint marks on Kai’s neck from where he had bitten him earlier. And he knew Kai’s ass was still sore from taking his cock against the door.

“After this we go back and I fuck you again,” Leo said quietly.

Kai gave him a sharp look. “Focus.”

“I am focused. On winning and then winning your ass again.”

Kai shook his head but the corner of his mouth twitched. Almost a smile.

The radio crackled. “All clear on the east side.”

Kai raised his hand. “Go.”

They moved fast. Ten men spread out behind them. Leo stayed close to Kai like he was told. They reached the warehouse door. One of the team cut the lock quietly. Inside the lights were dim. Stacks of crates everywhere. The Moretti shipment.

Kai signaled half the men to the left. He took Leo and three others to the right.

They found the first guard near the back. Kai took him out with a knife to the throat before the man could shout. Blood sprayed across a crate. Leo watched it happen without blinking.

They kept moving. Leo’s blood felt hot. He raised his gun when another guard stepped out from behind a forklift. Leo fired first. Two shots to the chest. The guard dropped.

“Good,” Kai said low.

They planted the explosives on the main crates. C4 blocks with timers. Leo set one himself. His hands were steady.

“Ten minutes,” Kai said. “Everyone out.”

They were almost at the exit when gunfire exploded from the catwalk above. Moretti men had been waiting.

“Ambush!” someone yelled.

Bullets ricocheted off metal. Leo ducked behind a crate. Kai was right there, covering him, firing back with deadly accuracy. Two men fell from above.

“Move to the door!” Kai shouted.

Leo ran. A bullet grazed his arm. Sharp pain but nothing deep. He kept going. Kai grabbed his collar and yanked him behind another container.

“You hit?” Kai asked.

“Just a scratch.”

Kai looked angry. Not at the enemy. At Leo for getting close to a bullet. He peeked out and took down another shooter.

The team was returning fire. Bodies hit the ground on both sides. Leo raised his gun and dropped one Moretti guy who was aiming at Kai.

They made it to the exit just as the first timer hit zero. The explosion rocked the warehouse. Fire bloomed behind them. Heat washed over their backs as they ran for the cars.

They piled into the waiting SUVs. Tires screeched as they sped away from the docks.

Leo sat in the back with Kai. His arm burned but he ignored it. Adrenaline was still pumping hard.

“We did it,” Leo said, breathing fast.

Kai tore open Leo’s sleeve to check the wound. “It is shallow. You will live.”

Leo grinned. “Told you I could handle it.”

Kai pressed a cloth to the cut. His touch was rough but careful. “You almost got shot because you were watching me instead of your own back.”

“I like watching you.”

Kai’s eyes met his. The air in the car got thick. The other men in the front seat pretended not to notice.

Back at the compound they went straight to Leo’s room. The door barely closed before Leo pushed Kai against it again.

“Strip,” Leo ordered.

Kai hesitated for half a second then pulled off his shirt. His chest was covered in sweat and a few new bruises. Leo took his own clothes off fast. His cock was already hard from the fight and the rush.

“On the bed,” Leo said. “On your back.”

Kai lay down. Leo climbed between his legs and pushed them apart. He grabbed the lube and slicked his cock quick.

“No teasing tonight,” Leo said. “I want you hard and fast.”

He pushed inside Kai in one long thrust. Kai groaned and gripped the sheets. Leo did not wait. He fucked him deep and rough, hips snapping forward.

“You took that ambush like a pro,” Leo said between thrusts. “Now take my cock the same way.”

Kai’s legs wrapped around Leo’s waist. “Harder.”

Leo gave it to him. The bed creaked loud. Skin slapped skin. Leo leaned down and bit Kai’s chest, leaving another mark.

Kai’s cock was trapped between them, leaking steadily. Leo reached down and stroked it rough.

“Come for me,” Leo growled.

Kai came with a deep groan. His hole clenched tight around Leo. Cum spilled over Leo’s hand and across his own stomach.

Leo fucked him through it then buried himself deep and came hard. He filled Kai again, pulse after pulse.

They stayed locked together, breathing heavy.

Leo pulled out slowly and watched his cum leak from Kai’s hole. He pushed two fingers in, spreading it around.

“Mine,” Leo said.

Kai grabbed his wrist but did not pull the fingers out. “You are getting greedy.”

“Yeah. And you love it.”

They cleaned up and fell onto the bed. Kai pulled Leo against his chest even though his ass must have been sore as hell.

The phone rang on the nightstand. Leo answered.

His father’s voice. “Good work tonight. The Morettis lost millions. But they are coming back harder. Stay inside the compound tomorrow. Both of you.”

Leo hung up and told Kai.

Kai nodded. “Good. Gives us time to plan the next move.”

Leo traced a scar on Kai’s stomach. “And time for me to fuck you again in the morning.”

Kai rolled his eyes but his hand slid down to squeeze Leo’s ass. “You are going to be the death of me.”

“Probably. But what a way to go.”

They fell asleep like that. Naked. Marked. Covered in each other’s cum.

Outside the compound the war was getting bloodier. The Morettis were regrouping. Traitors might still be hiding. But inside the room, for a few hours, it was just the two of them.

Leo woke up once in the middle of the night. Kai was still holding him. Leo smiled in the dark and pressed closer.

He wanted more than protection now. He wanted Kai completely. Topping him, bottoming for him, fighting him, fucking him. All of it.

And he was going to have it.

Even if the whole mafia world tried to burn down around them.

The next morning would bring new plans and new dangers.

But right now Leo had the one man he could not get enough of right where he wanted him.

Under him and inside him, in every way that mattered.

Chapter 59The morning after the dock raid broke gray and heavy over the estate.Leo stood on the repaired section of the main balcony overlooking the river, a black coffee in one hand and Kai’s arm around his waist. Below them, crews were already clearing debris and boarding up the worst of the damage. Smoke still rose faintly from the east wing, but the fires were out. For the first time in weeks, the estate felt like it might actually heal.Kai pressed a kiss to the side of Leo’s neck, right over a fading bite mark. “You should be resting.”“I’ve rested enough,” Leo murmured. “Today we announce it. The marriage. No more hiding. No more waiting for the next ghost to crawl out of the dark.”Kai’s grip tightened. “Good. I want everyone to know you’re mine. Legally. Publicly. Permanently.”They met the inner circle in the war room an hour later. The mood was exhausted but lighter than it had been in months. Mia sat beside Elena, still pale but no longer shaking. Marco looked stronger,

  • THE MAFIA PRINCE AND HIS BODYGUARD   Chapter 58

Chapter 58 The convoy tore through the predawn streets like a funeral procession that refused to die. Leo sat in the back of the armored SUV, Mia wrapped in a blanket between him and Elena. The girl was shaking, silent tears streaming down her face, but she was alive. That was what mattered. Kai drove, knuckles white on the wheel, eyes constantly scanning mirrors and rooftops. Luca’s team followed close behind, Marco in the third vehicle despite the doctors’ protests. “We hit them at sunrise,” Leo said, voice low and final. “No more negotiations. No more waiting for them to come to us. We take the fight to Viktor’s main compound on the docks.” Elena looked up, eyes red but fierce. “I’m in. All the way.” Mia clutched her sister’s arm tighter. “Please… just make it stop.” Kai glanced at Leo in the rearview mirror. Their eyes met — a silent promise passing between them. No more half-measures. No more playing defense. By the time they reached the estate, the sun was just beginning

  • THE MAFIA PRINCE AND HIS BODYGUARD   Chapter 57

Chapter 57 The amphitheater smelled of gunpowder, blood, and fear. Leo stood motionless on the central platform, phone gripped so tightly in his hand that the screen threatened to crack. Viktor Drago’s face filled the display, calm and merciless, while the knife pressed deeper against Mia’s throat. A thin line of blood already trickled down her neck. “You have until sunrise,” Viktor repeated. “Marry into the family. Produce the alliance your mother promised. Or we stop playing with pawns and start removing pieces that matter. Starting with this girl… and ending with everyone you’ve tried to protect.” The feed cut to black. For three full seconds, the only sound was the wind moving through the stone seats and the distant groans of the wounded. Then Leo exploded into motion. He spun toward Dante, still chained and bleeding on the ground, and kicked him hard in the ribs. “Where are they holding her? Talk!” Dante coughed up blood and laughed weakly. “You think I know every cartel

  • THE MAFIA PRINCE AND HIS BODYGUARD   Chapter 56

Chapter 56 The ruins of the guest house smelled of smoke and blood. Leo and Kai barely took time to breathe before pulling on fresh tactical gear and heading back down to the war room. Dante was awake. Chained to a reinforced chair in the center of the room, face bruised, lip split, but his eyes still burned with arrogant hatred. Marco stood over him with a pistol in hand. Elena and Luca flanked the sides. The air was thick with tension. Leo walked straight up to him, grabbed a fistful of Dante’s hair, and yanked his head back hard. “Where are the rest of your cells?” Leo demanded. “How many more attacks are coming?” Dante smiled through bloody teeth. “You think torturing me will save your little experiment? The True Blood is everywhere. Capos who smile at your council meetings by day and sharpen knives by night. The cartel is done playing games with your reform fantasy. They want blood or profit. You’ve given them neither.” Kai stepped forward and drove a knife into Dante’s th

  • THE MAFIA PRINCE AND HIS BODYGUARD   Chapter 55

Chapter 55 Leo’s finger was a millimeter from pulling the trigger when the second explosion lit up the horizon. The church windows rattled. Orange fire bloomed in the distance — the direction of the estate. Kai’s hand clamped down on Leo’s shoulder. “We have to move. Now.” Dante laughed through bloodied teeth, eyes wild with triumph even as he bled on the cold stone floor. “Run along, cousin. Save your precious new empire. But know this — it’s already rotting from the inside.” Leo pressed the barrel harder under Dante’s chin, breathing hard. Every instinct screamed to end him right there. But Marco, the council, Elena’s sister, and everyone still fighting for the reform were back at the estate. He made the choice. Leo slammed the butt of his pistol into Dante’s temple, knocking him unconscious. “Zip-tie him. We take him with us.” Kai moved fast, securing Dante’s wrists and ankles while Leo called Luca on the encrypted line. The response was chaos — gunfire, explosions, and Luca

  • THE MAFIA PRINCE AND HIS BODYGUARD   Chapter 54

Chapter 54 Leo stared at the coordinates glowing on his phone screen, Dante’s message burning like a brand. “Come alone.” He didn’t even need to say it out loud. Kai read the message over his shoulder, body going rigid behind him on the balcony. “Absolutely not,” Kai growled, spinning Leo around to face him. “You’re not walking into that trap by yourself.” Leo met his eyes, jaw set. “If I don’t, he kills Marco. Or Mia again. Or starts dropping council members’ heads on my doorstep. He’s forcing my hand, Kai.” The air between them crackled. For a long second they just stared at each other — two men who had survived hell together, now facing another impossible choice. Then the tension exploded. Leo grabbed Kai by the front of his shirt and slammed their mouths together in a bruising, desperate kiss. Kai responded instantly, shoving Leo back against the balcony railing, hands already tearing at his clothes. The night air was cool on their skin as shirts hit the ground, followed b
