CHAPTER NINETEEN

Luna looked surprised and shocked. She instantly got on her feet and she moved towards Alex to snatch the phone from him. He moved back and stared at her accusingly.

"I asked a question, Luna. I'm being serious here. I know you're still a bit tipsy, but you have to answer me. Read this!"

He handed the phone to her and her eyes lingered in his face before accepting the phone. Her heart was suddenly beating fast, because she didn't know what Alex could be talking about.

Anything that had to do with Jess was dangerous to her, and-
