THE UNEXPECTED FEELINGS

Lovelyn's POV,

I felt Richard constant gaze at me but each time I look up it was always the the opposite, it kept happening until I started feeling uneasy.

"What's really going through his mind" I thought to myself while watching him busy with his phone. I couldn't believe I was actually in the same gathering with the almighty Richard and to think that he has been staring at me or maybe I was overreacting.

I was taken unaware when I felt a tap on my hands.

"Hello what have you been thinking about?" Jamaima asked with a funny face as I finally caught Richard staring directly at me before focussing back on his phone.

"Emmm, I'm okay" I said while blinking my eyes.

"Are you tired, I can show you your room" Jamaima said as I finally looked up at her, that was what I really needed at the moment, yes staying away from the gathering and enjoying my privacy to the fullest is the best option now, nothing gives me joy more than that.

"Yes, I feel sleepy" I lied

She stood up as I followed suit.
