I sat down on my couch staring out the window with a glass of champagne in my hand. Oh, what a great way to start the day I thought to myself.

I heard a loud thud from behind me, and I flinched out of fear.

I quickly stood up and turned around, but it was just my dog.

“Hey, Maggie, come, come. Good girl, where have you been?”

I patted her head and she wagged her tail.

“She has been with me. And you? What have you been up to, huh?”

I sharply stood up and behold he was in front of me looking like a mysterious being.
