The evening air was cool and it wanted to rain. Isabella decided to take a walk from the sanctuary down its path leading to the edge of the forest deep in thought. The sky became dark instantly and Isabella had to hurry back before the rain would come down on her and just then she saw her.

A woman was standing at the edge of the trees that were on the side of the sanctuary, she had long silver hair that was shining in the evening light. She wore a dark cloak. Isabella's heart almost stopped as she saw the woman and she watched her closely as she stepped forward, her hand already on her dager ready to use it if it became necessary.

Her eyes never left the woman's face. She noticed she had a deep look in her eyes like one who had been through a lot and had lived to tell her story.

“I have been waiting for the right time to reach out to you,” the woman said, though her voice was soft but Isabella didn't relax. She was still alert.
