Luca's POV

“Where did he run off to?” I thought out loud as I looked around. Venom is a pain in the ass. The other time he was hiding behind Jojo, now that Jojo wasn’t here. I would deal with him so much that he would forget how to be a jerk and bully women, especially Aurora.

Just then someone bumped into my back and gasped– her voice was so soft and her hands were tender. I hope it wasn’t who I thought it was.

I turned instantly and there she was behind me– the moment her eyes met mine, she turned instantly and was about to run back inside the house.

What was she doing out here in the first place? I thought I asked her to stay in her room. Wait, was she trying to run away again?

My chest heaved as I watched her little frame retreating, I narrowed my eyes at her and turned to see if I would see Venom. He was nowhere to be found, and here this little girl was trying to escape again.

How dare she disobey me again? I balled my fist as anger rose in my chest.

    Aurora’s POV“Why am I in your room?” I said out loud again. “Put it down now,” I growled, kicking. “Damn it. You are making it worse.” He cussed as he rushed to his bed. “Close your eyes,” he ordered.I narrowed my eyes. “Why and what am I making worse?”“Nothing,” he replied, "just do as I say.
