Chapter four: Raising little princesses

"Little angels.??"

Wait! did this mean the children were alright.

Irene immediately pulled out of Kel's hug and asked

"Are the babies okay??"

"Yeah all four of them are okay."

"Four??"

Irene who thought she had heard wrong asked again.

Kel smiled 

"That's right Honey, you gave birth to four children ".

Irene couldn't believe what she was hearing.

"I want to see them."

Kel knew his wife wouldn't believe him until she saw them for herself. So he called the doctor and asked if they could bring the babies out of the nursery to see there mother.

Moments later, Three nurses walked in, each holding a baby, Along side was kel's mother holding one to.

Irene couldn't believe this.

She stared at the little babies, They were indeed four.

They were so beautiful.

She wanted to carry them all.

She stretched out her hands and one of the nurses brought one of the children.

She was as light as a feather she had a very beautiful but delicate face, her eyes were closed so she looked so peaceful.

Irene couldn't help but tear up. Her eyes were filled with tears.

She wanted to see the others so she passed the baby back to the nurse who was still standing next to her.

The next nurse gently placed the second baby in Irene's arms.

She was absolutely adorable,  Her eyes were open as she stared around like she was looking for something.

Irene was so happy,  her baby girl looked so bright and healthy.

She carried the next baby who was crying, And couldn't help but chuckle she looked a lot like Kel.

She could tell that this little one would be difficult.

Cause even after trying to sooth her, Her cries became even louder.

Among all four of them she was the only one crying.

Irene kept on soothing her gently until she stopped.

Then she picked up her last daughter.

The smile on the little girl's face was to precious, She looked exceptionally beautiful.

She looked as if she knew she was in her mother's arm and was happy about it.

Her eyes were closed as she smiled.

Tears rolled down Irene's cheeks, she couldn't believe she was the mother of such beautiful babies.

She was indeed lucky.

She turned to look at kel who was sitting beside her, He had a smile plastered on his face and she could tell he was truly happy. He was holding one of the girls, she was about to say something to him when she heard his mother say.

"Irene turns out your not as bad as l thought, these baby girls are so beautiful. You actually did something right for once. "

Irene didn't  know if this was some kind of compliment.

But she was sure It was definitely an insult.

She didn't want to worry herself about Kel's mother, they had never been on good terms anyways.

She was just gonna ignore all her hurtful words.

"Thank you,  they are indeed beautiful."

Irene replied.

"Just like there mother."

Kel added this, giving his mother a warning stare.

Irene ignore them she was just happy that she would be raising little princesses.
