End game

Hours have gone by and Scott hasn't returned home, I went downstairs and the entire house was like a graveyard.

Where's everyone?. I moved forward, I looked around and on my way outside, I bumped into a lamp that falls.

I was hoping Mrs. Mathilda would come down to shout at me, but nothing out of the ordinary happened.

It was strange that no one was home, I walked in and out of the kitchen decerning no one there, I stepped into the study room, up to the rooms, and found everywhere empty and suspiciously quiet.

"Hello, anyone home?" I yelled feeling uneasy.

No one seemed to answer and it handed me no option but to step outside into the front porch.

I pushed the doors open and still, no one was home, I went back in and without expecting to see anyone, someone walks out of their dark.

"Hello dear? 

A masculine voice spoke out.
