FIFTY EIGHT

The bistro is one block from the hospital. The owner is a former five-star hotel chef who is tired of working under the pressure of a grumpy hotel manager. With a little severance pay, he was determined to open this bistro. His motivation was to ridicule the former manager who had mocked him when he decided to resign.

But starting a business is not easy at first. He has to work hard to attract customers and think about marketing tactics in order to attract customers to eat at his restaurant. It was only after six months that he was able to bring in a steady number of customers every day. The bistro's most famous dish is the linguini pasta. He developed his own concoction recipe over the years until he found the perfect composition, which all Chicagoans loved.

“Two linguini pastas. And for me brandy. What do you want Mila?”

“Mix berry juice.”

"Very well, your orders will be ready in twenty minutes."

The waiter nodded politely and walked quickly towards the fat man with the mustach
