CHAPTER THIRTY EIGHT

ADRIANNA POV

Hunter grasped my hand gently looking for assurance. He cupped both of my cheeks, his thumb wiping away my tears.

"I can't believe that this is happening to me" I sob.

"Trust me Adrianna this child isn't mine I promise we'll do a DNA test and settle this issue."

Maxi smirks and takes a big bite of her apple.

"Do whatever you want Sébastien, but this child I am carrying is yours whether you accept it or not" she says coldly.

"Am not getting an abortion either."

I hug Hunter tightly inhaling his masculine scent.

"I believe you Hunter and I trust am sure Maxi is just lying to try and break us up."

Maxima frowns and scoffs. She spares us one last hateful glance and leaves the house.

Once she left I felt like I could finally breathe again. Her presence was so intoxicating.

" Where is Tylee? I finally asked and he gave me a smile.

"Promise me that you won't be mad at me or Tylee" he says quietly.
