ANDREA'S POV My heart burned in my chest as I watched her. “Clear me?”My voice was as soft as a feather but from the flashing veins of red in her eyes, I could tell I'd struck just the right emotion. I clenched my fists, taking a moment to glance around and take in the sights of the frozen people around me before shooting my gaze back at her.“I hope you do know that I'm the alpha's favorite?”She stepped forward, making sure her heavy breaths burned the side of my neck before whispering. “By clearing you, I mean making sure I wipe you off the face of the universe and I promise you, I won't leave any stains. I'll make sure Darius doesn't even remember you exist. I'll make sure no one does. Now, step!”Just as she said that, a growl rolled out of her lips and I felt fear grip my heart tightly in my chest.
