Chapter Eighteen
Arianna and Nora arrived at the venue for the shoot. Brittany rushed to meet her as she was worried. Arianna apologised to her and they went in. Brittany was surprised when Arianna said she had no idea the shooting was holding that day. She had texted Arianna several times to remind her and also set a reminder in Arianna’s phone. Arianna never read the texts Brittany had sent her. Arianna apologised again after she realised she was at fault. The designer approached her and asked her to get ready. Arianna apologised to him and turned to leave for the dressing room when he stopped her. He had stopped her because he noticed Nora behind her.
‘’No strangers allowed’’ he said with a frown.
‘’Strangers? Oh…she’s my sister, Nora’’

Gavin began to avoid Arianna after the incident in their bedroom. He became unsure of himself as he was scared of what might happen if he gets intimate with her. Arianna became fed up with attitude as she has few months to fix her marriage or lose it. Another day of avoiding, Gavin forgot to pick his lunch which was on the dining table and left for work. Arianna walked in to have lunch when she noticed a lunchbox on the table. She realised it was Gavin's lunchbox. She smiled as she saw it as an opportunity to meet with him and have a heart talk. She quickly left for the bedroom to get ready. She wore makeup and changed into a blue romper and black heels. She went down to the dining room and picked the lunch and made her way to the car.
