"Hey Melanie you're off for work already?" my dad asked.

"Yes dad, I've to work hate this week to be able to pay the rent" I answered

" Oh I'm sorry Melanie it's been tough on you"

" It's okay dad I'm okay as long as you're "

" Huhh"

" Bye dad I'm leaving"

Working in a hotel is really stressing, despite the sbowinj weather I had to come to work today. ughh who am I to complain this is my fate.

" Hi Roselie" I said to my work mate and good friend.

" Hey you're here"

" Yeah let me help you with that" I said trying to help.

" you don't have to" she rejected my offer.

"Nope I insist"

" I'm serious I, mean it " she said in a serious tone .

" How about this you treat me to a meal" she smiled as I moved the cart, I remembered something I turned back to her.

" Room number"

" Oh 12 VIP"

"See you" I smiled leaving.

I opened the door after I heard the inwards responds to my knock.

" Good day sir this is..." Darn it it's Bryan shit I'm messed up.

" It's you" We chorused, I still stood still holding the cart.

" What are you doing here?"

"What question is that? I work here"

" What do you mean by you work here, the daughter of Fredricks Family, the heir apparent to the AG group" I'm mute does he really kiw my identities what ever I'm not the heir to AG group.

" I need an explanation to this" Bryan said.

" It's my decision and perhaps I don't think you deserve an explanation " I left he stood up maybe trying to stop me.

While walking out I think something is wrong. I stepped on my shoe lace I couldn't get hold of my self.

I am supposed to land my self on the floor right but something happened, he held me, while turning back we fell unto the bed with our lips on each other's my eyes opened wide all I could see, is his intensed feeling my heart beats increased I to a faster beat for over 2 minutes I couldn't stand up I finally realized I'm still on his body I rose up running out.

" Thank you" that all I could say after closing the door.

" Why does his abs seem to have the same texture like that of the stranger or am I hallucinating.

" Hey Rosalie why didn't you tell me it was Bryan Dills searving" I said while having lunch with her.

" I was just about to say before you stroke out"

" Ughhhhhhh!!"

" What's wrong? did he do anything to you?" she asked being inquisitive.

" You can put it that way " I said being ashamed of my self.

" What happened? " she said taking a steak from the table, she took a bite.

" We kissed"

" shhhhhh" I hushed her

" This is a big mess how?"

" May be it wasn't intentional it was an accident"

" Yeah, look here, I didn't watch my shoe lace I stepped on it, while I was about falling he held me then we fell on the bed with our lips together"

" Huhhh, it's so hard for you Melanie, first it was that strange man who took your first kiss now another one, a jerk to say"

" It's just so strange that I find Bryan familiar to the guy of that night"

" Could it be him? " she asked

" Impossible, he is a Business man, I don't think he would have time to spend on prostitutes"

" You're right but what if there is something behind it?"

" There is where the problem lies"

" Melanie you're too young to face all this" she said frowning.

" Ughh it's okay I'm already used to my bad luck right from high school"

" Don't worry we would find a way to fix things, I'm here for you bo matter what" she patted me smiling.

" Thank you" I said drying my tears

we washed the dishes together as she walked me out where I can get a cab home. This work is really stressing I've to wake up 6am everyday and go home 10pm everyday, walking from the road to my home seems scary, there wasn't any cab available and Rosalie wasn't going my way.

While taking a walk home a car drove behind me .

" Hey Miss hop in let me give you a ride"

the voice sounded familiar, I looked through the window. It's my college friend, Killian.

" Hey it's been a while" he said .

" Yeah" I said a little calm.

" Hop in let me give you a ride to your destination" he said to me.

" Oh thanks for the kind gesture"

" It's my pleasure" he replied to me smiling.

" seat belt please" he said once again.

" Oh okay" he nodded in satisfaction and halted forward.

And from there there was a dead silence.

" When did you come back from Russia?" I finally asked.

" Like five years ago, I went back to school to find you, I heard you dropped out, why?"

" Ummm nothing just some kind of private stuffs"

" You won't share" he said staring brightly at me , he looked so eager to know my reasons.

" You can put it that way " I said not wanting to turn him down in a rude way, he has been my friend for over a decade and he is worried about my private stuff I really can't tell him my family secrets.

" Oh okay so what are you on now?" he asked curious.

" Nothing much, I work in a hotel" I said feel a little ashamed.

" A hotel... is it really condusive for you?"

" I think so, like it's better than not doing anything " I really can't tell him how I felt, I just have to bear with it.

" Isn't your dad the top share holder of AG Group?" he asked again curious.

" Yeah he is I just feel like working there to gain experience "

" Really!"

" Yeah" but who would believe my lies my dad is the top share holder of AG Group and yet I dropped out of college.

" By the way I'll stop here " I said about to alight.

" You live here?" Killian asked me again.

" Umm no I came to visit an uncle " I lied again.

" Oh"

" Good night" I said leaving.

" Good night " he zoomed off, ughhh it isn't really easy to hide a family identity he almost found out about my family secret.

My dad is asleep already I tiptoed to the kitchen, drank a glass of water and went back to my room dozing off, thank goodness I'm home today as early as I could.
