Callum's POV

I suddenly withdrew from Max, as soon as those words had left his lips. I understood Luna Rebecca was into numerous dubiousness and she had an eye for power and all, but killing her to make Liv stay with us was extreme. I had my way and that was far from it

"Be careful Max," I replied, checking his eye for signs of transformation. He looked normal and had an aura of stillness around him which was quite unusual.

"I mean it, let's kill her," His voice held desperation as he spoke. The look in his eyes showed deep hatred and rage just thinking about her. I saw it in his eyes, he truly meant every word he said.

I stood up, clenching my jaw. "Max, you are letting your wolf control you again," I spoke slowly studying his reaction. I suspected it had to be his rival wolf.

"I mean every word I say. You know it, Callum, you know our mother is more dangerous, even more than we believe. Damn it, Callum. Don't chicken out on me," he was determined enough to do it.
