Chapter 5.

I looked at him and his physique was as domineering as his glimmering, red eyes and he was huge and tall like a basketball player. He should be about 6'6 ft tall and he was well fitted.

All I could see was his red eyes as he stood in the dark and the moving cars on the main street exposed his muscular physique which was so alluring and his shoulders which were broad and his arms bulged with strength.

I looked down at his domineering figure and I noticed how his waist was narrow and his trouser held his thighs a bit and I could tell they were powerful, muscular legs. His aura exuded so much strength and confidence, like he had no fears or worries at all.

He stood still as he played with the toothpick he had in his mouth. And right now, I was lost as I stared at this complete stranger whose eyes were alluring and his nose, pointed. His chiselled jawline made him drop dead gorgeous, complimenting his high cheekbones as well.

They had turned on their front lights again but he stood resolute and looking at him, I couldn't stop admiring how attractive he was and he had a piercing on the left ear and his red eyes that still beamed.

His raven black hair which he styled in a suave, tousled manner made him look sophisticated with his black outfit.

The more I looked at him, the more I felt my wolf long for his wolf. I bit my lower lips as my eyes met with his full pink lips and the tilt he made with his lips made him looked like a sly, magical fox.

"Let's say, you were lucky the other day but what makes you think you'll be lucky today??" Connor scoffed as he held his gun which was still in its holster.

He said nothing to Connor rather than giving a smirk before bringing out his customized toothpick from his mouth and then breaking it into two parts and he lowered his head a bit, raising his left eyebrow.

"Jack!! Deal with him." He ordered one of his men who had smashed one of the bottles he saw on the floor.

He held the broken bottle as he walked towards the stranger slowly.

Everywhere went completely dark again and all I could see were their glowing eyes but then, only his eyes gleamed red.

I looked at him deeply and this time around my eyes has seen his wolf, standing huge right behind him.

"He's a ruthless Alpha!!" Raven whimpered as she relapsed in fear.

I remember him. Tears swelled up my eyes as I saw his wolf, Odin. His red eyes glimmered and burnt with so much rage.

I remember him, the supreme Alpha, Jace Steele.

Jack had ran, holding the broken bottle high as he descended on Jace but he was sent flying back to the feet of Connor, groaning bitterly as he held his fractured ribs.

Jace had wrapped his right fist and I could hear the cracking sound it made. "And who's next??" He smirked, looking devilishly.

"This man is a beast, boss. I think its best we leave here!!" The man who was behind Connor shuddered and in aggression, Connor had slapped him hard.

"Now, you all, attack this scoundrel!!" He snarled as all his remaining men rushed Jace and it happened all so fast.

He was way too powerful as he dominated them all, leaving all of Connor’s men with either broken nose, jaw or a fractured bone.

Connor had supported some back to their feet as he cursed Jace, “I promise you, Jace, you are going to regret this”.

A strong arm had grabbed me from behind as he covered my nose with a scarf and my vision failed gradually as all I could hear were just whispers and all I could see where blurry figures in the dark.

*. *. *.

I had regained consciousness in an old, rusty cabin that had cobwebs all over its furnitures and the woods left creaking sounds. The sun pierced through the window which was at the roof.

Finally, I was back inside the woods where I had been running away from all my life. I could hear the indistinct howling of wolves, back in a world of clash between packs.

"You are special, you know that??" He muttered as he stared into my eyes. "Your bathrobe, your duvets, your scent, everything about you draws me to you. Something wolfish!!"

My eyes widened as I struggled to break free from the chair, but the ropes were extremely strong.

"What do you mean??" I scoffed.

I still felt weak and my voice was barely above a whisper. He came closer to me as his smile grew wider and his red eyes, gleaming with a dangerous light.

"You are a blood wolf, aren't you??" He said, his voice low and dangerous.

I saw his wolf again, but this time around, they were two. The other one appeared more aggressive and his eyes were completely black and he looked roguish.

"Who are you??" I gasped out as a heavy punch landed on my face and again, my vision failed as I crashed down on the floor.
