ログイン“Boring,” Olivia muttered as she watched the K drama. The male character just fell for the woman he was supposed to have revenge on.
Sighing, Olivia turned the TV off. She had cried all night long and now she wasn’t in the mood to shed tears. There were no tears in her eyes left. She munched on her popcorn as she stared into the abyss. Turns out, being lazy was comfortable as fuck. All her life she had been a busy woman always working and taking no breaks now, all she wanted to do was take a break from everything. Felix had sent a bunch of messages to her, and in annoyance, she turned her phone off. She didn’t need anyone to disturb her peace. The doorbell rang. Olivia frowned, except for the maid, her mother, and her mother’s secretary no one knew she was there. Perhaps it was her mother. Begrudgingly she stood up. Olivia lazily walked towards the door then she opened it. A brunette stood akimbo in the doorway. “Louisiana,” She called in shock. Louisiana just barged in leaving the stunned Olivia at the door. Olivia closed the door and then made her way to the living room. “You look like a mess in fact your couch looks like a trash can,” Louisana said gazing at the couch. Olivia looked at the couch she just stood up on, louisana was right. The couch was littered with junk food such as popcorn, bottles of Coca-Cola, potato chips, and lots more. She also didn’t doubt that she looked like a mess, she knew her hair probably looked like a bird nest. “I know,” Olivia replied lazily “How did you find my house?” “That is not the question you should be asking right now, but it was your mom who called me,” Louisiana said with a grunt, she walked to Olivia worriedly. Olivia almost grunted at her response, why the hell did her mother tell Louisa where she was? “Are you okay…do you want me to beat that asshole up,” Louisiana asked, a frown was etched on her face. “No Louisa, I’m fine,” Olivia grunted as she cleared the couch. “You do not look, fine babe, should I beat those two assholes up, I’ll beat them blue-black,” Louisiana responded. She made Olivia stop whatever she was doing then she hugged her. “There’s no need Louisiana, karma will catch up to them,” Olivia responded, she was getting comfortable hugging Louisiana. Olivia didn’t want Louisa getting into trouble because of her. Louisiana was a well-known club owner. She owned about 25 of the most luxurious clubs in the country. When her father found out she was friends with Louisa, he tried to scatter their friendship. Thankfully, their friendship was too strong to scatter just like that. Olivia began to feel comfortable, turns out what she needed was a hug. Louisiana began to pat her back. “Everything will be fine Olive, they are filthy scumbags.” Olivia hummed, and at last, they both disengaged from the hug. “You shouldn’t mop around, dress up let’s go have some fun.” Olivia shook her head “You have to be kidding me, I’m going nowhere.” Louisiana grunted, “really.” Olivia nodded, she tried to sit on the couch but Louisiana held her back. “You can’t mop around all they long, sometimes you gotta have some fun, like real fun.” Olivia stared at Louisiana, “why do I have a feeling you want to set me up with one of the male hookers at your club.” Louisiana chuckled nervously. Olivia raised her eyebrow in suspicion. “In my defense, guys are not the only ones who need the help of hookers to relieve themselves,” Louisiana said with an anxious smile. Olivia shook her head, Louisiana was always trying to make her have a ravenous night with most of the hookers. How would she tell her that that was not going to happen? As if noticing Olivia's thoughts, Louisiana grunted. “Fine no hookers, just go get dressed, let’s have some fun and get those pricks out of your mind.” “Louisa,” she grumbled, she didn’t feel like going anywhere. “Get your ass up there,” Louisiana said through gritted teeth. Knowing what Louisiana can do to get her out of the house, Olivia finally decided to heed Louisiana's words. “You better not make me regret this,” Olivia said through gritted teeth. “You won’t,” Louisiana replied with a wink. **** Olivia drank her fifth shot of tequila, she wasn’t drunk but she was drowsy as fuck. “Do you want me to bring a guy,” Louisiana whispered to her winking once more. Olivia groaned, she wasn’t really thinking straight. She wore a black short gown and black boots. “Just bring them,” Olivia replied with a grunt, she downed her sixth drink of tequila drowsily. “Bring them,” Louisiana said to the waiter who was nearby. He bowed then he quickly left. A few minutes later, he came back with five sexy guys. They all wore a very tight black shirt and baggy black pants. Olivia stared at the guys with a frown. All the guys were either winking or biting their lips. She raised an eyebrow, none of these guys were her speck. “No,” she said shaking her head, she was starting to regret her decision. “Why, they all look great,” Louisiana said with a worried gaze. “Nope not happening,” Olivia said shaking her head “If you excuse me, I need to go to the toilet.” Olivia stood up drowsily. Louisiana wanted to follow her but she decided against it. Olivia passed through the sweaty bodies in the dance club before finally reaching the toilet. When she was done with her business, she left the toilet. She was trying to open the door when she bumped into a person. She stared at the person’s outfit, it looked exactly like the uniform of the male hookers in the club. “If Louisa sent you I swear—- Olivia stopped her sentence midway when she noticed how he looked. She almost gasped, how could someone look so handsome and so cold at the same time? “Is anything the issue ma’am?” the guy asked. Olivia blushed, why was his voice so deep? She had the urge to fan herself. Why did she feel so hot?“The fuck,” Olivia swore under her breath.“Did you just cuss?” Alex asked raising an eyebrow.Olivia cleared her throat, she wasn’t ready to talk to him. Too many things had already happened to her tonight. She needed a place to sort out her thoughts and counterattack.“You don’t need to follow me to the restroom sir, if you would excuse me, I would like to be on my way.”Alex didn’t say a word, rather he watched as she left his sight.Alex tilted his head, he knew she was annoyed by everything tonight including him.If she really thought he would just leave her the fuck alone, then she really did not know him well.Alex suddenly felt someone watching him, he turned around only to see his nephew staring at him with an uneasy face.A smile that didn’t quite reach Alex’s heart adorned his lips.As he smiled, he began to think of ways to ruin the marriage engagement at the very moment. There was no way he would allow the woman he liked to have an engagement or planned wedding.Felix w
“Oh my God, he is too handsome,”Voices from the crowd filled the banquet hall.Olivia looked around for the man but to her shock, she saw someone she never expected to see.Why was Alexander here? And why the hell was everyone awed by him?She knew he was handsome and rich but the last place she expected to see him was here.“He couldn’t be that Alexander, right?” She murmured to herself but then she shook her head. That would be impossible. She watched Alexander as he talked to a few people, he had a whole different aura around him.He looked untouchable, dark, and brooding.Nothing could have prepared Olivia for what was about to happen next. One of the girls grabbed Olivia’s arm in excitement then pointed to Alexander.“That’s him, isn’t he handsome…I wonder if he is taken,”Olivia’s heart skipped a beat. She refused to believe that Alex was Mr. Zachery’s son but the truth was right in front of her.She noticed the uncanny resemblance between Alexander and his father.Olivia rele
Hello sister, how have you been?” Valentina asked, her lips curved into a soft innocent smile. “Great, and how is your bab- Felix interrupted their conversation with a sudden cough. Olivia rolled her eyes, then she stared down at Felix with a fake yet annoyed smile. “I guess I’ll leave you these two to your company,” Mr. Zachery said, he dragged Mrs. Adams away but he didn’t say anything about Valentina. “When do you plan to announce that we’ve broken off our engagement,” “Are you that eager to announce that we are no longer together to the world?” Felix asked with a slightly annoyed tone. Valentina coughed, it was obvious she hated the fact that they were discussing this matter while they were still in her presence. “Don’t take it the wrong way darling,” Felix said, he took Valentina's hands in his and squeezed them tight. Valentina stared at me then she smiled in victory, like she had won a competition but her smile was gone as soon as it came. Olivia huffed in disbelief.
Alexander's expression changed from shock to surprise, then annoyance. “What are you doing here, Mira?”“Am I not supposed to be here…boss?” Mira asked, staring at Alexander with an amused smile.Alexander turned to Marshal, a hint of annoyance on his face. “Did you tell her about this place?”Marshal raised his hands defensively. "I didn’t tell her anything, not even that I was in town to meet you." He turned to Mira, irritation and curiosity mixing in his voice. "How did you find me?"“I’m not one of the best hackers alive for nothing,” Mira stated with a victorious smirk. She twirled a key around her pink finger.“You should go back,”Mira frowned playfully, “It’s been a long time since I saw you, you can’t just chase your subordinate away.”Alexander opened his mouth to talk, but he couldn’t find anything to say.She was right, he hadn’t seen her for years now, it would be weird if he chased her back.“So, since when did you get a lover…is it the woman who got kidnapped? It’s been
Agreed,” Olivia said as she looked at the document, she couldn’t believe her father had just fired her.He had not only done that, but he had also frozen her cards which all her money-except one which contained her secret savings. “Do you think he is doing this because your mother wants to divorce him?” Louisiana asked with a scowl on her face.“I doubt it but I have to call my mom,” Olivia responded. She stretched her hands to pick up her phone from the cabinet, but Louisiana grabbed her hands.“I don’t think you should call your mom right now, the last person she would want to hear about would be your dad.”Olivia released a breath, “I guess I’ll have to call my dad then.”Without waiting for Louisiana's response, she grabs her phone and dials her father’s number. After the fifth ring, he picks up immediately.“What do you want?” Her father asked the moment she accepted the call. Olivia had the urge to sneer but she controlled herself,“Dad, why did you do it,”“Do what?” her fa
“You incompetent fool,” Felix roared as he threw an expensive vase near his hospital bed at a masked figure who stood a few meters away from him.The vase hit the man on the head. Without any further delay, the man immediately knelt on the floor.“I made a grave mistake sir. It won’t happen again,” the man responded with a low yet rigid voice.Felix exhaled through clenched teeth, his chest heaving with rage, “You ruined EVERYTHING… you had one job…just one job and you ruined it.”The masked figure said nothing. Felix tried to sit up, but a sharp pain shot through his entire torso. He winced and immediately lay down on the bed.“Sir,” the masked figure called out with a tone full of concern.“Don’t you dare stand up from there,” Felix said with a groan, “the reason why you are still alive is because you are one of my trusted men; if not, I would have killed you from the very moment I woke up.”His plan had failed woefully. The thug his men had hired beat him to a stupor, his shattered
“Why is it so bright,” Olivia wondered as she used the duvet to cover her face. She sniffed the duvet numerous times. She couldn’t help but scrunch up her face. The duvet smelled like fresh morning dew. It smelled nothing like her duvet and more so the material of the duvet seemed thicker and the b
Alex stepped into the club with a slight frown on his face, he did not expected Liv to call him at this hour and to make matter worse, she sounded drunk. He knew that her best friend was the owner of the club but that did not stop him from being worried about her.At last, he saw Olivia seated at t

Olivia smiled the moment she noticed the unwavering trust they had for Valentina crumbling little by little“Give her the phone Valentina, she’s telling the truth isn’t she?” Felix asked as he gazed
