Chapter fifty-seven

ISABELLA'S POV

I felt like I'm awake yet I felt like I was dreaming at the same time. Something kept giving me a nice feeling. I felt my closed eyelids and forced it to open but I quickly shut them back as the sharp rays that filtered into the room through the opened windows hit my eyes.

I let out a soft moan and rolled over to the other side of the bed, away from the rays and then I opened my eyes. A heavy blanket covered my body up to my stomach region. An unfamiliar blanket? I quickly looked around me. An unfamiliar bed too.

Where the hell am I?

When I looked up, my eyes caught my brazier hanging on the arm of a chair and in a flash the memories of the previous day struck me. Every damn moment of it!

"Oh shit…" My hands flew to my face. Where is my dignity…oh shameless me…

Me and Aless…

I grabbed the cover at once, lifted it up and peeked into it. I was dressed in pyjamas bigger than me. I needed not to be told it belonged to Alessandro.

I heard steps approaching the room.
