Chapter 9: Tough Up

Kimberly POV

Walking, falling and getting up. That was the ordeal I passed through while going back to my chamber or better still my prison.

But then a brand new hope came into my heart when I remembered his words, bouncing repeatedly in my ears.

"If you want to stop being controlled, if you want to stop being humiliated, then act strong. Act like a real Luna for once!"

I chin up and stand firm, I felt aches and pain all over but I didn't wince.

In life, after going through different kind of phases - one don't have to be dispirited.

When you fall, get up, clean yourself up and start again but don't go back to being a weakling again. Stick to one part.

I started having this energetic and enigmatic feelings as if another life has been added to me. I begin to see the whole situation as darkness that will soon be swallowed away by light.

With elegant steps, I walk back to my chamber wearing a small smile.
