Chapter 10: Fire Kitsune

Kyra dashed to the cafeteria where she, Cael, and Damon had planned to meet. However, the two were not there when she entered the school cafeteria. While searching, Kyra attempted to call Cael. When Cael does not answer, she dials Damon's number. Their phones, like Cael's, are simply ringing. Cael and Damon were nowhere to be found when Kyra checked the big clock in the main building thirty minutes before break time. Kyra cast a glance in the group's direction in the distance. As she arrived, she noticed Cael and Damon seated next to a woman called Lilibeth.

"What happened to them? "Kyra whispered.

"What's all the fuss about?"

Kyra turned around, Tyler standing next to her as she watched the men circle the woman as she sat on the bench next to the two men. Tyler recognized the two students who were sitting next to the girl. Those were Kyra's friends. Tyler also noticed his teammates who were there. He had been looking for them since earlier.
