Chapter 122: The New Kyra

Kyra locked her gaze on the lights visible through the glass wall of Samael’s condo. He did not tie her up, but he unleashed a cloud of black smoke around the building. She sees animal demons flying around while the entire sky seems to be engulfed in intense thunder and lightning.

Of course, it is not visible to the human eye, but to those with the ability to see them, such as Kyra, what that thing implies is extremely clear. She took a deep breath. Tyler knew what she said, and she wondered whether he was starting now. Kyra locked her gaze on Samael’s reflection in the glass wall. He wasn’t the handsome man she was used to seeing; instead, he was a terrible beast. There seem to be wings made of bone and skin. She was scared. Even though she had faced countless demons, this was the first time she had seen the scariest of them. Samael stood behind her, surveying the entire city, which was shrouded in darkness.

“Why haven’t you brought Mama back yet?” Kyra asked. “Don’t we have a deal?”
