Ericka's delayed college graduation was the reason for the entire delay. Additionally, there has been a significant communication gap since their previous meeting before Ericka left for the countryside.

This is another reason why Ericka is searching for the meaning of her emptiness and why she is motivated to go on a mission for the glory of Christ instead of pursuing her ambition as a teacher. Rather than assist him, she went to watch TV with her eldest sisters next door.

The following day is fortunate because Ericka's older sister, who works as a secretary in a different city, paid her a visit at her home. They had a pleasant conversation that resulted in an invitation to accompany her. "I'm offering you a job in my office. However, you should be prepared to learn a lot of new things with humility. I asked you to help me find a client because I work for an insurance firm. Ericka, is that alright with you?"
