"So I hope this wouldn't be our last dinner together." Percy raised his champagne glass during our dinner.

Fenris and I looked at each other before we toast our glasses with Percy.

"Of course. We have all the time in the world." I smirked before sipping on my wine.

Fenris' deep stares were melting my peripheral view as I smiled at Percy who was sitting parallel to us.

Fenris cleared his throat. "Congratulations to the both of you, I guess." He shrugged. "For defeating the highest general of Darkesta."

"It's my humbling honour." Percy bowed his head.

I just smiled. Sometimes, I would still forget how to respond to compliments. I was used to being the ordinary, now they were considering me extraordinary.
