Chapter one

Kayla Moreno

The Moreno enterprise company had workers congratulating and wishing me another year of fruitful marriage as if they all kept it in their calendar but Jaden wasn't here,he told me he'd be in some business meeting,a part of me didn't believe it but I just had to brush it off.

 It was our second year anniversary,the second year I started living with Jaden Silver,my husband.

 I just wanted to let things go smoothly between us this time and wanted to make this one time memorable. It has always been more like I'm forcing myself on him. I've loved him from the very start but I guess he never does.

 I was the very first to leave for home today, orders of flowers,balloons, lighting and aesthetic decorations where flowing.this mustn't go wrong I've loved Jaden dearly I wanted him to see how much I do,I'll keep trying I soiled my hands creating his favorite dishes he has ever mentioned.

I tried my very best,I even added bold flavors even though part of me knew he wouldn't taste this one as well.

 I arranged every single thing in our home and I found myself smiling. Ever since my father Victor Moreno got sick I've never made time this much to please someone, not even my little sister Liana.

 My phone beeped in my apron followed immediately by a phone call. I quickly washed my hands and dabbed it on my apron reaching for my phone. It was Liana,I knew she would always call,she's always been this sweet.

“Kayla you're one step away from giving me a nephew”I flinched as Liana's voice blared from the speaker.

“shut the f****** Rihanna thought you'd say something different” I said smiling as I arranged the kitchen.

“ In your dreams, Dad has been asking about this same thing. Please don't disappoint us this time and tell Jaden I love him.Happy anniversary sly Fox” the call ended.

did this girl just call me a sly Fox?liana can be a b**** At times I don't mind her anymore.

Jaden I needed to call him to come home, right after I had my bath and dressed up properly.

I was a few steps away from the master's bedroom when I remembered the message that entered my phone. It was from my father wishing us a happy anniversary. He must be too tired to call. I would call him later.

I turned the door knob, my hands on the door knob forgot to operate and the phone on my hand fell to the ground as the most heartbreaking sight be held me.

Right on our matrimonial bed was Jaden,my husband,in bed with a bitch looking slut,naked, fucking her from her ass.

 I knew Jaden was a pathetic cheat, several times I've caught him in inappropriate situations with different ladies but I never knew he would stoop so low to the extent of bringing a whore to our matrimonial bed to our home,on our anniversary without feeling remorseful of it all or how I'd feel.

“Jaden!!”

a tear left my eyes as I found my heart breaking into different places, the lady moans and screams, his groans and clapping sex sounds filled the room making my heart void.

“Jaden!!”

I screamed helplessly as my body shook,my voice failing me.

 Jaden turned around and saw me,he covered himself with a blanket leaving the woman completely naked and off guard.

 she turned to see me and her eyes grew wide in surprise.

“you have a wife?you f***king have a wife? you….you're one hell of a man”she spat at him and wore her clothes hastily, not embarrassed at all.

“I'm sorry" she told me before grabbing her bag and going out of the room 

You…this hasn't been the first Jaden I'm sure of it.the other times I caught you, you fucking lied to me, you told me they were all your workers or clients,is this one of them too?. you've never had human empathy on me.you horny slutty man, you've never loved me or so you claimed.you don't keep that thing in between your legs, you even brought a stranger to our matrimonial bed just for a fuck…as if you've asked me and I denied you of it.have you no shame?”I screamed with the little strength left in me.

“Shame? you talk of shame? did I tell you to throw yourself at me?”Jaden retaliated,my eyes grew wide in shock.

“What?"

You made an arrangement with your goddamn father just so you'd have me.no you do have me!”

“Don't you dare insult my father you man whore"

“I will,what can you do?What more do you need Kayla? yes I fucking have no regrets, I've never regarded you as a wife, I've never loved you, you're just some woman who throws herself Everytime at me anytime and anywhere”

Those words came at me and washed the little dignity,braveness and strength I had in me. I looked at him.

Somehow I knew a day like this would come but I never thought it'd be this soon,today.

“I threw myself at you?fine, this leach is going off you today, I'm filing for a divorce,I'mma call my lawyer now and you'd fucking sign those papers.that woman with no shame for two years would get the hell out of your miserable life today and when I leave that door don't you dare call me back cause I swear you'd regret today”if this was how it would end,I might as well end it myself.

“Look Kayla, don't curse at me"

“Curse at you?I would everyday of my life,I would rather curse at you than to beg a whore like you”Jaden stared at me as I turned to go.

My clothes were dragged from the back by Jaden, everything happened so fast, Jaden on me, hitting me,I screamed and yelled in pain and called for help but today was one of my unlucky days,I had sent all the workers home.

My eyes started turning blurry, but he wasn't done.

I regret ever loving a man like him and if I ever get a chance…I'd want a man who loves me as I do.
