Temptation 2

“Oh really? How about you come here and satisfy me instead?”  

A smirk stretched her face, and then she changed her crossed leg to right. She waved her hand, gesturing to the male to follow her.

Kiel, with his plain expression, walked towards. “I will gladly do what the President wants,” he said.

‘Amusing’, Devyn thought. She put the other bud of the cigarette down. “Kneel,” she ordered.

Kiel wasn’t stunned at all. He bent one of his knees and then he kneeled down, with his head lowered on the floor. The female’s smooth thighs meet his eyes. However, seeing the female omega like this every time she finished getting her essence wasn’t surprising for him anymore.

He has a high respect for her and it was a shame if he thought of different things in front of the president. For him, doing what she wanted was the priority. 

Devyn grabbed Kiel by the hair and then she lifted one of her feet, placing it on the man’s chest. “You are so obedient, Mr Kiel..” she said in a teasing tone. “Do you even know that it was a privileged to be stepped by me?” 

The man nodded, “Thank you for stepping on me, President.” he replied.

Devyn was sure that she was having fun, but seeing the man’s expressionless face in events like this got into her side and she felt irritated. She opened her palm and made a light slap on the man’s cheeks. 

Whenever she will have sex with her monthly partner. They were the first one who felt the lust crawling into their body. No one acted like this in front of her. All of her partners were craving for her touch and yet, this man kneeling down wasn’t even feeling anything. 

She tilted the male’s chin and grinned at him. “Are you impotent or something? How were you able to handle your rut?” she asked.  

“I have medicine, President.” Kiel answered obediently. He didn’t dare to look at the female holding his chin. 

“Heh~” Devyn smiled mischievously. “Since I was so irritated right now. Would you like to be a substitute as my partner? You don’t need to overwork yourself. I will give you a different sensation.” 

“I wouldn’t dare to do that to you, president.” Kiel said sternly. 

“Why wouldn’t you, of all people? I’m hurt.” her palms slightly tightened on the man’s cheeks. “Am I not your type?” she asked sarcastically. 

Kiel shook his head. “Everyone likes the president. Who dares to not like you?” His eyes softened. “It’s just that I have a very high respect for Lowell Clan that I don’t like to taint their trust”

It’s true that it was because of Devyn’s parents that he’s here, working and doing well. He ignored the nails that were almost dug his face. “I will do better next time, so please don’t get upset, Miss Lowell. Your pheromones aren’t good for the other alpha employees here and downstairs. If they inhaled your strong pher–”

Devyn let go of him. “Fine!” she clicked her tongue and lit another cigarette. “Get lost.”

Kiel stood up and fixed his creasy suit and bowed his head. “Your parents called earlier and were asking for you to come to the family dinner at the AS Hotel. 7 pm.” he explained. 

Devyn puffed the cigarette with her pretty frowning natural eyebrows. “What about my other schedules?” she snorted.

“You have a meeting with the U investors 30 minutes from now. Do you want me to reschedule to let you rest more?” he asked. 

“Tsk! Why are they so persistent about having an appointment with me? I already declined their proposals.” Devyn almost bit the tip of her black cigarette. She was pissed off already and hearing it put her in a bad mood.

Kiel understood it. The U Company was having a small dispute with the S Company, so in order to maintain their place, they needed a bigger back up. However, Devyn wasn’t the type that would easily get swayed. She rejected their proposals almost three times. 

“Would you like me to ban their name from the whole corporation?” Kiel asked. 

Devyn smirked. “Sending them grenade was better,” 

Kiel sighed secretly. “That’s illegal, President.” 

“Cancel that, and whenever they will send gifts, put it straight in the trash can. Collecting cheap garbage is not my thing.” Devyn pressed the bud to the ashtray and stood up. “My back is hurting. Get me a massage therapist as soon as you exit the door,” she ordered.

“Right away,” 

Kiel closed the door and left the changing lady. He took out his phone and called the nearest and most high rating massage therapist. He asked the company to fetch them immediately. He also asked the company cleaners to disinfect the whole second floor.

Devyn’s pheromones were strong, and it was dangerous if other alpha employees inhaled it. Taking cautions was the top priority. 

After that, he stopped by the mini kitchen of the lower office to get some water. He leaned on the counter and rubbed his forehead. The throbbing pain was coming back again. He already took his medicine. He surely knew that his coming rut was still next week, so why was he having a hard time?

Is it because of Devyn’s strong omega pheromones? But it doesn’t matter to him, since Kiel wasn’t that much affected by it. It only occurs to dominant alphas who couldn’t control their rut just by taking medicines.

For Kiel, taking medicines was enough to balance his rut since he wasn’t like them. It’s not that he was immune to it. He can rest assured because he is a recessive alpha. 

So no matter what temptation Devyn used, he shouldn’t be swayed by it. He came here to carry this big responsibility. This chance was enough for him to save his family status. He promised that he will do better this time.

Kiel gulped down the water and wiped the corner of his lips. He huffed and smelled the left scent from the lady.

“I need to calm down,” he whispered.
